“ If you like to know more about me I’m a spicy caribbean woman with the ambition to become the 1st female President of the United States of the Caribbean. It’s really my best childhood memory. It’s not a joke. Well, it is a long journey that has to be earned, isn’t it? So before, I decided to undertake this pan-caribbean adventure with USC media as a tool. A tool to resonate the urgent call to make the Caribbean voices to become one. Oh yes, my favorite dish is ‘tinen lanmori’ (green bananas and codfish)
I pride myself on thinking that I am creative. But really, I’m just out here sharing with everybody I know a little bit of my Caribbean heritage. That’s why it felt right for me to be a part of this project : USC. Bringing to the world my expertise as a communicator and my passion for my culture and my history motivate me on a daily basis. With me you’ll have to reflect a lot on your purpose on this earth, you’ll danse a lot, and weirdly I still think that I'm fun to be around. Yay that’s me. I’m Wendelle.
Yo yoooww ! My name is Tory, originally from Martinique I am a sports and music enthusiast, especially Caribbean music. I have always felt sorry for not being able to share more things with the islands of the Caribbean archipelago. In the near future, I hope to be able to travel from island to island as easily as Europeans to appreciate the similarities but also the differences between all the islands and to be able to contribute in one way or another to this Caribbean mutual aid.
Hi Caribbean people, it's Maëly! I'm from Martinique, I'm 21 years old and I dream of a united Caribbean, educated with a people aware of its cultural wealth. Afterwards, if I can succeed in any field, that's fine too! I give off good vibes, I'm always smiling and always open to discovery. USC is to have a family history. I found myself in the right place at the right time and I launched myself without much conviction at first, then now I am sure that USC will accomplish great things.
“ Creative and determind ” are two words that describe me pretty well. A tandem that I intend to implement in a mission that has been close to my heart for a few years. The Caribbean shines in every way, I know it, and I will let the rest of the world know it too. It is time to raise awareness of our Caribbean identity, and what better than the first Pan-Caribbean media to make it happen ? ”
As a statu quo killer, I am a strong believer that everyone should look for the best in everything that life has to offer. As a Carribean woman from Guadeloupe,I am impressed by my people's resilience, cultural wealth and openness. My commitment in the USC project is my way to contribute to my people's elevation to better knowledge and full appreciation of who we are.
As a young Guadeloupean and convinced of the 'colonial' situation of my island, I found in the values of USC a certain part of the answer. The Caribbean has a strong potential and integrating Guadeloupe in this pan-Caribbean context can only be beneficial. With my business skills, I hope to promote this trend of thought to all the fanatics of this region which is dear to us.
Hello, I am a young Martinican proud of his Caribbean culture and the diversity it brings me. I am particularly interested in discovering more about our history, customs and traditions because they are beautiful! I see USC as an engine of discovery and cultural sharing. My vision for our Caribbean islands is the formation of a true community, strong and united. As well as a real system to promote our social and cultural exchanges
